Martinez is a hotel complex, situated in the town of Sozopol, just 30 m from the beach and 500 m from the center of Sozopol.

There are Apartments and Studios Superior - those units are bigger and spacious. In Apartment Superior there is also extendible armchair for one more person, so there the maximum occupancy is 5+0.
